Phase I introduces The Starlite, a 500-square-foot geodesic dome designed to blend natural beauty with elevated comfort. Lime-plastered showers, indoor toilets, luxury bedding, heating and air, and an outdoor fireplace all work together to create a hospitality experience that feels rooted, intentional, and distinctly Appalachian.
